PLEASE NOTE : If you install a new browser (e.g. Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera or Safari) after our client software, please re-install our software so that it will work properly with your new browser. It does not need to be re-installed if you upgrade an existing browser e.g. Internet Explorer v7 upgraded to Internet Explorer v8.0.

The uk:anon service has been designed to be compatible with the most popular browsers only - however, this does incorporate 99% of all Windows-based desktop/laptop and netbook users so it is pretty extensive.
If you do uncover an issue with a particular browser, please login and complete our contact form so that we can investigate further and get back to you as quickly as we can. When reporting an issue, please state your operating system version, any service packs installed and also the browser version - normally located from the browser "Help/About" menu. Our most widely tested browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer (v6, v7 and v8), so if your issue is with any other browser please try Internet Explorer to see if the issue occurs in that too.

*** Although 64-Bit browsers may work, many add-ins have not been developed extensively for 64-Bit browsers. Probably the most important is Adobe Flash Player - this is still in Alpha testing, so awhile away from release. Please do not report any issues with Adobe Flash player in this browser.
