If you do have a question that is not answered by our FAQs or Guides, then please feel free to complete our contact us form and we shall respond as quickly as we can - however our subscribers do get priority over general enquiries.

Service Compatibility

uk:anon service has been extensively tested on both sides of the Atlantic for both ADSL/Cable Broadband and Mobile Broadband services. Although we have not tested every possible ISP/Mobile ISP in the UK and the US the major players certainly have been tested, as well as many business and corporate network environments.

Media Compatibility

In addition, the uk:anon service has been widely tested for media player/streaming media (Flash, Silverlight, Windows Media Player, Apple Quicktime and Real Networks Media Player) in a 32-bit environment - Windows XP/Windows Vista/Windows 7. There are some known issues (but not with our service) with 64-bit compatibility for some media players and browsers which have been widely written about. We keep an update on 64-bit issues here.
